ABOUT CHICK-FIL-A
Each Chick-fil-A unit is individually owned and operated. As a result, each unit’s employee benefits and offerings can look different.
At Chick-fil-A Santa Barbara we have a robust training platform, so you are fully equipped as you start your career with us. We also have programs for growth and development as you progress in the restaurant. A large majority of our current leaders started as team members and worked their way up. We love teaching, training, and providing opportunities for our people!
Our company is structured to put what matters most, the people, as our highest priority. As a team member, you will work with a peer group that is committed to being excellent every day and to care for everyone. These team members will hold you accountable and work shoulder to shoulder with you serving guests with joy.
You will have a Shift Leader who is available to you and will be your personal coach. You will also be partnered with a certified trainer when you first start and they will ensure you know all team member expectations, are properly trained, and that you have all the resources you need to be excellent at your job starting on day one.
Shift leaders have coaches too. They work under the store Managers to ensure operational excellence from open to close and that everyone who comes in contact with Chick-fil-A has a remarkable experience.
