Uniform Request

Need to purchase additional uniform items? Chick-fil-A Santa Barbara provides one uniform for free at the time of hire. Replacement items can be purchased by the team member as needed. At 12-month the team member can purchase a new uniform at 50% off. Additional items may be ordered at any time, however, 100% of the cost will need to be paid to a leader to receive your order. If you are requesting a replacement due to a broken item, please obtain approval from a director first to order this item. If they approve, please enter their name and the date they approved it in the special instructions section at the bottom. Failure to do this will mean you will be charged for the item before you can collect them. Once items are ordered they can not be refunded. We place orders monthly, so depending on when you place your order, within our next order cycle, it may take up to 30 business days for your order to arrive.
