About Our Founder
Truett Cathy
Truett always dreamt of so much more than the Chicken Sandwich. To encourage and inspire others and enable them to do the same. Today, that same spirit of generosity lives on through his family and friends. It is also the spirit of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. This is where passion, perseverance and determination meet the will of those who dream. Let us remember the life and legacy of the man that continues to bring us together.
About Our Operator
Travis Collins
Hello all! My name is Travis and I am so excited that you are part of our team. I look forward to getting to you personally as we begin working together. A bit about me, I have been with Chick-fil-A for a little over 5 years. I managed a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Los Angeles for a couple of years before moving up here and becoming the Operator for Santa Barbara in early 2020. Before my career at Chick-fil-A I worked in the nonprofit world. I was a pastor and church planter, and worked as a leadership consultant. My passion is people and seeing them grow into the best version of themselves. I love creating environments that inspire and develop people beyond who they think they can become, and I hope that you find that to be true here at Chick-fil-A Santa Barbara.
Personally my wife Christin and I and our son Caleb love being outside- hiking, playing at the beach, riding bikes, and throwing the ball. We love to travel and experience our world and interact with different cultures. Our dining room table is often filled with friends and family as we are grateful to invest and spend our lives with those around us.
